We just released a new application that enables you to easily add a Donate Function to your website.

Easily add a Donate button on your website. Make it safe and convenient for your readers to support you or a specific cause. This is the most simple way to enable your readers and community members to donate money and show their support. Donors can click the button to make donations of any amount through Paypal’s secured service.

We are happy to announce that in the last week we released a new design for the buttons on the toolbar. The new design has a slicker look and it fits perfectly into every toolbar theme theme.

You can easily use the new button display by going to the advanced settings tab in each application and changing the “Display As:” method to “button”.

We just released a new application that automatically creates a visual and interactive Timeline of your content from any RSS feed.

Keep your users engaged with your content through a visual and interactive timeline application. The Content Timeline application by AllOfMe automatically detects information and images from any RSS feed and displays them in a chronological order according to the time they were published. Once a user clicks on an image, a short description of the post will be shown with the ability to browse through the entire RSS feed. This will make it easier for your users to navigate through your content and increase their engagement with it.

There are now two new features which you and your users can now use on the Wibiya platform:

Drag Overlay Windows

This feature enables your users to change the location of each overlay window your website after it opens upon. All they need to do is hold window’s header and move it around to the place of their choice (you can see how it works on the toolbar we have on our blog).

In order to activate this feature on your website you please follow these steps:

1. Log into your Wibiya dashboard
2. Got to “Edit Toolbar”
3. Click on “Setting” in the sub menu
4. Check the option of “Enable Dragable Windows”
5. That’s it

Minimize Overlay Window

Until now your users were able to either close the overlay window or use the pop-out function.

We just added a new “minimize” option to each overlay window. We understood that some applications such as Chat and Games should have the option to continue running in the background (just like apps on your desktop) while your users continue to interact with your website’s content.

You can now add multiple applications from the same type to your toolbar and let your creativity flourish. We understand that you can use some of the application in more than just one way on your website or blog. So from now on you can add the same application to your toolbar as many times as you want (Navigation Links, Twitter Profile, YouTube Channel, Latest Posts,etc).

In order to support this function we made a couple of changes so you can differentiate between applications from the same type:

1) In the statistics module you will see the button label name which is displayed on the toolbar  in ( ) next to the application name .

2) In the ‘Edit Toolbar’ section you will see the button label name just below the application name where we previously displayed the provider’s name (e.g. By Wibiya)

Its up to you now to take this function and make the most out of it for your website or blog.

We are happy to release 12 new toolbar themes in many different colors for you to choose from. What color are you feeling like today?

You can change your existing theme by following these simple steps:

1) Log into your Wibiya dashboard.

2) Go to Edit Toolbar.

3) Click on Theme.

4) Choose the new theme you would like to use and click “Save”.

5) That’s it, enjoy.

We just upgraded the statistics module in your Wibiya dashboard to give you more detailed information about pages being translated. You can now see the exact number of translations done for each language and know which ones are the most popular.

Your website is an open door to the entire world and its really important to get to know your global audience. All you need to do to see this information is log into your Wibiya dashboard and click on the iTranslation section

We just released a new Digg application that will make it easier for your users to submit new and old content to Digg or Digg running stories. Join thousands of sites that have already added different Digg buttons in their websites and have seen their content exposed to the Digg community! You can choose from two different Digg buttons that display the number of real time Diggs and automatically detect the title of the page.

As you may have noticed we released our new platform with many new improvements, features, apps, editing tools and more. We plan to have new releases almost every week so we strongly suggest you follow this blog and our announcements on twitter (@wibiya).

We have written below some of the things that were released in the past week:

• Bold & Underline options – In the advanced settings of each application you can choose to make the button name in bold or with an underline.

• Overlay window with Lightbox – In the advanced settings of applications that open up an overlay you can choose to open the overlay with or without a lightbox.

• Pop-out button – We added a pop-out function for each application with an overlay window so your users can easily continue to interact with the application outside of your website (for example, they can continue chatting with people on your site).

• Flash Overlapping the Toolbar solution – You can now enable your toolbar to overlap any flash elements you have on your website, simply activate this option in the the troubleshooting tab in “Edit toolbar”.

• Application Badges – We added the option to deploy any application you have from directly your website (for example, link your icons on the side bar to the fan Page app or the Twitter dashboard).
